K-W HONDA - WATERLOO, ON

I bought my bike from these guys a few years ago and they were very cold and they just gave off a vibe like they didn't care or need you and your business. Regardless I bought the bike because it was a good deal and I have been pleased with the product.
In the whole time I have had my bike I have never had it serviced by them despite calling for appointments. They failed to return my call once and then when I called them back they are rude over the phone and had then nerve to tell me that I never left a message with them. Anyway I moved away and recently moved back to the area. So I thought okay I will give them a try again and I have a similiar experience where I call and they tell me they are booking weeks out for a simple oil change and when I ask why they are so behind they dont respond and just ask if there is anything else they can help me with or if I was going to book the oil change.
Anyway I call APEX motors down the street and they agree to get me in the next day for an oil change, now thats customer service. The guys at KW Honda are clowns and they are not interested in your business so I have no interest in giving them mine.
