ASAP TRAVEL - TORONTO, ON

We got a very BAD experience when we booked our flight with ASAP Travel and Tour. When my wife booked our tickets a month in advance for a trip to see my father who was very sick in the Philippines, she clearly and specifically mentioned to the company owner C**** D**** B**** who booked her for window row seat for our family of three. Carol said of course she will assure us of those seats especially that my wife has medical condition but to our amazement when we checked-in, we found out that we do not have any seating reservation, luckily the PAL representative was able to get us the 3 consecutive aisle seats or else we would all be separated and no one will be able to attend to my wife who has difficulty in moving. When we reached Manila we emailed ASAP to correct our seating on our flight back, but there was no response from them, so what I did is to call PAL to confirm our seating reservation and to our surprise we were put on different seats far from each other, that I have to pay $80 to get seats that were together. We will never ever get our air tickets from ASAP Travel and Tours, and one more issue is that the owner C**** D**** B**** is a pain to deal with she talks unreasonably too fast and rude pretending to be smart but called us back because she did not get our postal code number and cannot mail our tickets, duh?
