He went out of his way to show me how to reinstall the lost data; and then, when I returned home and had problems, he came on my Team Viewer to show me what to do. If you got to the office, there is construction, so drive down east side of building to go up ramp to park on upper level. Go up steps to turn left. I repeat: Worth every penny. Charles.
