How this cake got its name I do not know. It’s made chocolate hazelnut mousse, chocolate biscuit, dark chocolate mousse, meringue and more mousse. It might be better named Mont Chocolat. Whatever you want to call it, it’s one of the best Amadeus’ Fine Cakes has to offer. We recommend it highly.
If you like hazelnuts, this is the cake for you. Think tender hazelnut meringue with layers of hazelnut chocolate cream followed by crunchy crushed hazelnuts…..this is the fix for your hazelnut passion. The creamy crunch is seriously irresistible. The words “to die for” come immediately to mind.

Amadeus’ Prince Noir cake ought to be illegal. This flourless beauty is created using hazelnut meringue, deep dark chocolate mousse, a layer of thick coffee cream followed by more hazelnuts. We always have trouble choosing because everything there is so beautiful, but this cake has become a holiday favorite with us.
You may have had this classic dessert before, but Amadeus’ version gives it new meaning. Literally soaked in rum and coffee, the white biscuit base to this cake is paired with mascarpone cheese and is simply heavenly. If you try this one, you’ll never order Tiramisu anywhere else again.
