ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR - ST-LAURENT - OTTAWA, ON

I had a terrible experience with this location. I rented a car online in September 2010 for the 27th of December 2010 so I could go visit my family for Christmas. However, on the 22 December, in the evening, they give me a call saying they are closed that day and I am not going to have a car. They did not offer other options or tried to compensate me in any way. The clerk even laughed at me when I asked them if I was going to be compensated. They just told me sorry, they are closed and then told me to call the airport location myself to see if they had a vehicle available. So that left me with the 23rd and 24th of December to find a car to rent during the busiest time of the year. I needed that car to go see my family and now I was left with no car, everything was sold out and they had 3 months to notify me and they left it until the last minute.
So stay away from this place, they have terrible customer service.
