XTERIOR MAKEOVERS SIDING CONTRACTOR - MISSISSAUGA, ON

I hired Chris and his crew to clad a rear extension at my home and to do work at my business as well. Their work was very good unfortunately, once I paid him in full he disappeared without finishing the job and now isn't returning my calls. Unfortunately, I am in the process of hiring a new contractor and will be suing him for the cost.

I hired Xterior Makeover to remove old siding and put up Hardie Board siding and new aluminum soffit, fascia eaves and downspouts. With the siding almost complete I paid most of the bill. Chris Watt and his team did not complete the siding job, no caulking sealant on joints, windows, doors. The Hardie sealant, 14 tubes I purchased was removed from the site. No aluminum soffit fascia eaves were ever put up, I've contracted out the rest of the job and will deal with this company in court.

I was dealing with Chris from Xterior Makeovers who came to the site to provide an estimate for the project. As we were working out the different options and I was about to place my order, he said he would come to take precise measurements and then disappeared without any explanation, having wasted my time and delaying that part of the renovation. Clearly inconsiderate and unprofessional, not recommended!
