Our company purchased ink from this supplier and the catridges they supplied not work, chips were not compatible. Then getting them to either replace or refund was extremely difficult - but we persevered, took a lot of time and we finally got them to replace and then the replacements did not work. You can get better product, backed by instant return warranty through Amazon.ca or Newegg.ca. I would never recommend this company.
