NAPPYS HAIR SHOPPE - MARKHAM, ON

On Friday, Apr. 4th, I went to your shop on Kennedy Rd. ( Denison) for a hair cut. I got there shortly after 3pm., the room was full. I don't go there often but the times I've been there I've seen G****. He was doing a customer hair when I had arrived, and there were 2 before me waiting. After 1 hr of waiting and the room was empty except for me...Id assumed it would be my turn. Before his last customer left he recd a phone call, he walked to the front desk (still on the cell ) the customer paid and left. He then sat there on the phone and continued his call. He hadn't acknowledge that I was even there. After sitting for more than hour and very tired after a hard day work...I was very teed off and I thought this is terrible customer service, and I walked out. ...vowing never to return. All he had to do was let me know he was just going to be a few minutes and I would of waited...instead I was ignored. I don't think anyone can afford to loose customers these day. I hope for your business sake this doesn't happen to another customer.
