I decided to get my parents a stretched canvas print for Christmas and brought in my image for printing to Highland Camera. I was very rushed this year and was doing everything in preparation for Christmas! I only gave them 2-3 days to get everything ready (canvas print and stretching) and they delivered!

I was so pleasantly surprised that everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I will definitely recommend their services to others!

I brought an old photo to be restored of my father and his family from the 1930s. It was damaged, and very faded. They restored, printed and framed my photo, and made it look just like the original. They did such an amazing job, it brought tears to my eyes.

I went to get my son's passport photos at Highland Camera in Kitchener and provided the specifications. They acted very confident as if they knew how it is done and they took wrong size photos which were rejected by the consulate. Because I had to take other photos near consulate office to submit the application, these invalid photos were no more needed. But this shop owner refused to refund or suggest other solutions inspite of admitting the error by his employee and spoke very rudely that they are not bound to anything. I don't want other people to face this similar situation and avoid this shop altogether.
