Worst agent ever. Told me before i bought my first car my premium was around $450 a month. We even signed. After i buy the car, she says she messed up and that its $550. She said it would go down after a few months. Went down to 500 after a year, but my premium amount would change every month even though its a set amount for a year. Then when i moved to a different address in the same city, she said my premium increased to 2000 a month. When i asked why, she had no clue and said "its out of my hands". Never ever use her. Very unexperienced and unknowledgable. Just talks and acts nice.
