Your customer service S....!!!! Why is it so hard to spend money in your shop???
I have a son who is starting university this year. I went to your store today (Aug 17th about 10:30am) to purchase his laptop, printer and the other electronic items that he would.
I waited around for 1/2 hour still no assistance. Not a crs rep in sight. Except for the guy coming down the isle that made a quick left turn down the isle before us, once I tried to get his attention. And the group of about 5 that were chatting in the middle of the store the whole time I was waiting. I could understand this if they were with other customer but they were not!.
It's nice to know that you encourage this social interaction between your staff at your customers expense. And I was not the only customer milling around the store waiting for service.
I wonder if those 5 staff members were on commission would they be so eager to ignore your customers? Needless to say I left the store without spending a penny. And oddly enough that is the only time any of your staff acknowledge me saying have a nice day! But not to worry, my money or patronage may not be important to you. But I'm sure places like S...... ect. will gladly accept it.
