FAR INVESTMENTS - ETOBICOKE, ON

Building is infested with cockroaches, research on internet indicates it has been for almost 5 years. Management only takes actions once complaints are received. NO actions appear to be being made to create an appropriate sustained effort to eradicate the pests. Building managers change several times/yr and there are several hoarders in the building that have not been dealt with. The building is in a state of decline. The building is suffering from absent landlord syndrome, in that no one who has ownership is putting an effort into doing any more than the absolute bare minimum to keep the building from falling to the ground. The building does have air conditioning but it is put on as late as possible in the summer, the A/C is then turned off as soon as they can before it cools into the late summer. The garage door is frequently broken and fire doors are never closed on the first floor. Floor mats are never replaced and are merely vacuumed. The doors on the garbage chutes are often broken and could prove to be dangerous to children and the elderly. This building is not quite completely a slum yet, but it is certainly on it's way... The building is infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. The management never responds until you send out three eork orders. Last time i had to warn to call city for thrm to take an action towsrds rosches... They then sent me a form after three work orders for pest control service. Moreoverz management misplaces things very easily ajd is jot professional at all. I gave a notice on April first in writing to move on June 1st and I never gotna response. Even thiugh I had asked them to call me if they need anything. Also, i then sent a notice on Aptil 17th stating i am folloeing uo to confirm you acknowledged it.. Very nicely too snd they gave me a bad reference for moving out stating i didnt give a 60 day notice and thay i am an irresponsible tenant. I then confronted them amd they argued their way of calling mr a liar for putting a notice on the 1st. I was like I am sick of living in your cockroach infested buikding amd the fact that you ignired my first notice ajd threw it out - I have no choice but to wait til July 1st now. Also, why would you give me a bad reference when I have always paid rent on time. You are lucky in almost three years I haven't called the city on lack of maintenance in various forms in this building. They denied giving me a bad reference even though they did do that. Moreover, they randomly gave my parking spot in mid January to someone else duplicating people on it. They made me change the spot as i complained someone else was parked there and they said sorry we can't change them now even though its your spot first. It was as if they were favoured and i was not too happy. Id have argued more but i had a death in the family so i didnt feel like it. The second spot had leakages snd was dsmaging my car but they made me deal with it. I was told to go buy a car cover and that they cant do anything. Even upon moving here in 2012 I was given a dirty apartment.. Toilet seat was yellow and in bad shape same with sink, trims had cracks and so did cabinets, cabinets wouldnt close they told me this is how their supposed to be. The exhaust wasnt working well and they told me i am supposed to clean it myself as well ss i eas given the washroom filled with mold and was told me its my responsibility to clean it. Thr iven was also dirty upon move in. The year i movrd in the ac was shut off for the whole summer thry turned it on for two weeks at the end of summer. Its in a bad shape overall. Thr management doesn't care. Also it says no pets allowed but there are pets everyehere and thats fine but they never clean floors snd carpets in this building. Food is also left on floors due to lack of garbage and no care. Also dogs piss on the carpet it stinks a lot of times snd management doesnt do snything either. I have to close my nose crossing my hallway to the aptment. The ceiling is even falling apsrt on my floor.. They dont bother fixing it.

All each other hate, do not trust, are afraid, it is horror. Having got in such environment you become the same ugly creature. Many super-quartermaster has run away or has left in almost each 2 weeks. More very few people maintains. Work very dirty, you lose to yourself respect, the manager climbs on garbage's . 5 managers on three pairs the super-quartermaster, watch through the chamber of supervision, over each step of the worker and tenants. If will not notice on video of supervision you simply you will go to a toilet they you require to answer on a portable radio set; ' where you...? '. In apartments a fungoid mold , because of old internal current from one in another of conditioners. Addicts the full house.
Managers not only are captious as gestapo but also the greatest idlers. After work there, sensation that has visited in concentration-camp. Tenants live there, not so demanding and not whimsical though shoot there sometimes and even there was a rape under windows of the house who not with responded. Managers lay without ceremony for the sake of what it is not clear.
