SCOTIABANK - BRAMPTON, ON

Standing 3rd in line with 3 or 4 people standing me, the BRANCH MANAGER asks people at the BACK of the line if they have any non-cash transactions overlooking at least 2 of us who had non-cash transactions. His comment was he didn't ask the woman in front of me as she would be next in line to be served. He then wanted me to leave my spot in line and move over to the side desk where the woman was already helping someone else then got up and left the desk for a short period of time. If I had moved over I would have lost my spot in line and waited even LONGER for service. The fact that the BRANCH MANAGER overlooked myself and the other woman makes it look like we are not important customers and those at the back of the line are. He seemed to take offense to my comment that it is common sense to ask people in the front of the line and continued to belittle me in front of other customers and tellers.
