BAYTOWNE HYUNDAI - BARRIE, ON

I purchased my first car at Baytowne! I had an AMAZING sales man he did everything possible for us and I was really happy with the car. I bought it in February 2010

I took the car in for my first oil change, I was on time and they put me in after a walk in client even though I had booked an appointment. I had complained of a slight alignment problem, it was pulling to the left. After an HOUR oil change, and 50$ later they said there was nothing wrong with the car, it was the roads I'm driving on. So I left my trust in them and figured that they knew what they were doing.

My next oil change I figured I'd go somewhere closer... I went to Meineke on Dunlop/Toronto st. They did their inspection and informed me there is a pull to the left that I do need an alignment and that there is a lot of wear on the inner edges of my tire. They wrote me up a report to take to Baytowne. I called baytowne informing them that there indeed is a problem that needs to be fixed ASAP. The service receptionist informed me that its not her problem and that my 4 year bumper to bumper warranty may not cover it. After cutting me off and putting me on hold she said... fine I'll see you at 5 bye and hung up. I called her manager and told her my issues and that I have had poor customer service. She booked me an appointment the next day, which I had to leave work early for. Once there the mechanic told me once again that it was the road pulling my car. Not to mention he did not stop before slamming the transmission from reverse to drive. In the end they gave me an alignment and tire rotation free of charge after arguing with them for 20 minutes and them using a horrible tone with me. While waiting there was a woman there who heard my conversation and said she's had the same problem she's had to bring her car back 5 times and she only has 6800 kms on her brand new car!

Not to mention the mechanic had 3 cars waiting with the same problem and he asked so did this pull to the left or right? I can't remember... I'll just say that it doesn't pull either way.

I will NEVER return there again unless I absolutely have to! I do not recommend buying a car or servicing your car there!
