Terrible customer service from the general manager Robert Morrow. When I asked a questions about the strength of the trial contact lenses he was providing he was abrupt and rude. I will not be returning to this business while he is an employee. I would give this business no stars but the rating system requires that I give at least one.
Extremely poor service! They lost two pairs of frames I picked out which I don't think they ordered in the first place. They never have contacts stocked! They are unpleasant people that work in the office. I will never step foot in that place ever again!
