BED BUG ALERT! Brydges Property Managment manages this one as well as the bed bug infested 224 Colony Street. They use the same workers and staff who go from building to building. Bed bugs are tenacioous little critters and have been at 224 Colony for over ten years. If they are transferred to this complex, the cost can be in th 5 figures. The common expenses will be going way up. Reserve funds could be depleted and a special assessement would be needed. Be careful and make sure that Brydges Property Management is held liable for any transfer of bed bugs by their staff, employess and sub-contractors. BE EXPLICIT>
Brydges is the worst of the worst. They lie, manipulate, coerce, extort and destroy the place you live. They gain control of the Board and run their nefarious agenda. They knowing hire shady contractors that don't test for Asbestos and then when the work is preformed (in over 25 suites at 35 Valhalla Drive) he Asbestos particles get spread throughout your condo, endangering the long-term Health of anyone visiting or living there. The worse of the wrath from Brenda and her cronies comes when you expose their nefarious agenda. Then the come at you with the all guns blazing. They convince your Condo board to not fix anything, not clean us the Asbestos, not fix new or existing damage; but to fight you tooth-and-nail and never give an inch. Once the laws to protect condo owners get up-to'date, Brydges will burn in the very Hell they created.
This condo company is poor to barely
acceptable when they deal with commericial or
residential or seniors homes...lots of
problems at 224 Colony Winnipeg
Manitoba....

Through their mismanagement , the non profit
