The first time I went there I took a picture and my "do" turned out better than I could have imagined. I loved it. When I called for another appointment, my stylist had left and they didn't know where she had gone. I booked with another woman and pretty much knew I was in trouble the moment I sat down. She gave a cursory glance at the photo I, again, brought with me and never asked any questions. I did my best to tell her what the first stylist had done, but it was almost as if she didn't want to hear what I had to say. I wanted an asymetrical cut in a silver color with streaks of bungundy in one section. I got a cut that was too short - the typical around the ears cut with one part in front of one ear a bit longer, a blonde colour and a spotch of red, not burgundy, color (rather like a bird's droppings)on one side. The woman said that they didn't have a burgundy colour; yet, that's how I would describe the colour the first woman gave me. She also said that she didn't want to lighten the hair before colouring it, so I am a washed out blondie-grey, not a lovely silver. I asked her to cut the hair around the ear (on the shorter side) and she said that she liked it over the ear a bit so that it looked more "feathered." Hence, it remained as she wanted it. All this for #$156.00 (including a tip - why did I leave one???). Where else but with hair salons do you get a service that you are dissatisfied with and have no recourse but to write a review that says what happened. No money back guarantee here.

I'll never return, however.
