I absolutely love this place!!! The classes are one hour long and we learn new boxing/kickboxing combos every class, the workout is challenging but you leave the studio full of endorphins and feeling stronger than ever. The instructors are very knowledgeable & motivating and the community is very welcoming.
Best place to be, when you want to get strong and do it along with your friends. I have joined the club 2 years ago, and my progress are amazing. I have had fitness commintement issue in the past, because working out on my own was hard, and nobody was being on my back to follow my progress...KiCKboxing fixed it all for me:im being pushed to my limits, im getting stronger and plus side; ITS FUN!
