Buyer BEWARE.....not professional at all. There is a reason they are the cheapest. This business has the fancy website but do not be fooled as I was. I should of known. When something is not even close to the other quotes that I was given . They quick are take your deposit which I must mention is non refundable. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MICKEY MOUSE business.......STAY FAR FAR AWAY.....
I got my car transported from Calgary in perfect conditions. Red Foot Haulers' team made the whole process a very simple task and they emailed me periodically giving me updates on the status of my vehicle, that made me trust them and the service they provide. I had a great experience with them, this is the second time I use their service and i would definitely use them again!
I found this link online for Red Foot Haulers 150 good reviews with a 98.6 satisfaction rating. https://www.shiply.com/ca/transport-provider/ JRIMS
I used Red Foot Haulers 5 times in the last month. Today I was searching them on the internet and seen some ridiculous reviews. To start, I buy and sell about 20 cars each month in Canada. I have used every shipping company listed on the net. No company promises dates, ever! Not unless you want to pay double the price. It's heavily disclosed at booking about how times cannot be promised, and they can change at any time. They ship on a 7 car hauler, not a single flat bed. They book 7 cars east, and 7 cars west. This is called a "full load". Once the "full load is booked", then they have to wait for all 14 cars to be ready for pickup. At that point the truck departs. This is no different than every other company. The difference is RFH tells you this up front, when other companies do not. If you are going to book car shipping with any company, ask them if they promise dates, and they won't, ever. Calling any company criminals on the internet because you are impatient, is basically slander. I think that if you book transport, and agree to terms and conditions, it's immature to bash the company you booked with because it takes longer than expected. Also it's silly to slander them because they are firm, and stick to their shipping process. On 3 occasions I had to wait 2 weeks longer than I wanted, however I get it. I read the contract, so did my attorney. My attorney said it's a standard car shipping contract. In fact, he said it looks like every other he has the same contract. By the way there is not a shipping company that exits that has bad reviews. People need to read what they are agreeing to, and be responsible for their own actions. If you call someone demanding what is not entitled to you, how can you expect someone to be nice back? Grow up people lol John Bowers
