This is about a dozen times I've been to this tanning salon only to find that it's closed. The website says it is open till 9pm, it's Dec 23rd, not a holiday, so why is it closed at 7pm. If you don't have the staff to keep your salon open to the regular hours then let your customers know. Website says 9pm, handwritten sign on door says 'holiday hours 9 - 6pm, IT'S NOT A HOLIDAY!!! I'm now considering cancelling my VIP membership, why drive to a place that's supposed to be open and site says it's open, only to find that it's closed. I have better things to do than waste my time with this salon. Try something responsible.
