Never seen such a young lady so happy to be at work. I frequent this subway three times or more a week and always treated with a smile and laughter by Mandy. She raises the staff up and they seem to be robotic when she's not. Very high energy and she loves her job disappointed when she's not there as the staff are cold. She is also the only one who closes my sandwich while the rest serve an open faced sloppy sandwich.i understand portioning but wish she would be more generous. Recommend this subway because of this employee
