I have gone to this store on and off since they have been in the Brentwood Mall (N.W.) Calgary. 7/10 times there seems to be some drama going on among the staff. This last Sunday was the worst- no greeting, some sort of big discussion amongst the staff, lack of enthusiasm when I asked for a room to try on pants. I prefer to go to the 32 Ave., N.E. store when I can. When I can find the clothes I need, it serves its purpose. Penningtons store-wide customer service training should occur.
