Properties Animal Clinic is the only clinic I visited because the veterinarians are very skilled and professional. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and HONEST. They helped my pet deal with intestinal parasites, immunizations, and most recently, short episodes of seizures. They are very informative and takes the time to explain things to you, making sure you understand the full scope of the issues, and treatment plan/options.
My dog had a horrible tooth abscess thanks to a fractured tooth. Kaitlin is a three year old French Bulldog that just loves to chew my shoes, so I know where she got it. I felt at ease when we visited Dr. Morley's clinic, and we had the abscess drained and the tooth removed, after he examined Kaitlin's blood test sooner. Prior to the operation, Kaitlin wasn't eating well due to the pain. After the operation, she was back to her old, playful self. We gave her quite a few chew toys (safe ones) and placed my shoes on a safe location. Our visit to Properties Animal Clinic was a positive one, and we're coming back if we encounter health problems in the future!
I've only had them check my Russian blue cat once, and if I'm a regular customer, I would have given them a five star rating. Dr. Kent and Lia were very professional and sweet in handling my cat, Toby, and they really know how to handle and talk to their customers. I had them mend a profusely bleeding nail, which Toby may have had through his daily excursions into the outside world. As of now, the cat is on his way to a full recovery, and I'll definitely come back to Properties Animal Clinic if needed.
Dr Kent once went out of his way to nurse a stray - and dying puppy - back to health. I found the poor thing lying on the side of the road near Chestermere, and I knew I wanted it. It was 630 in the evening, nearly closing time and I arrived into the clinic without calling. Luckily, there were no more patients and Dr. Morley was able to look at the puppy right away. They IV'd the poor thing and did a series of checks and it required a stay. This was a year ago, and guess what? The puppy is with me right now, and she's enjoying a comfortable life, fully healed from her ailments (including a bad case of tapeworm, mange and extreme hunger). We named her Lucky. Yes, I know it's cliche, but she was obviously lucky because she found Dr. Morley.
