I had requested a basic furnace cleaning and cleaning of ducts, as well as servicing the humidifier. The technician was very professional, polite and willing to answer any questions I had and that he provided some helpful general advice.
Great experience of using your company's service. I will keep using your service for the next year. Rob is helpful, and also Karen provided us with great information, and good follow-ups.
Overall good. My only issue is all the added services that you can include. They are hidden when talking on the phone to a representative and they don't lead onto anything. When the service tech arrives there are a list of things they recomended. I think there should be a all in one price.
