In the fall we had hired Commercial and
Residential Construction to Construct the
Concrete footings and Basement for our
Addition. Johnathan Bernes the owner met with
us on site to go over our plans and gave us a
reasonable quote. Even after realizing that
there was more steal required in the
supporting walls he did not increase his
price. He stayed with his original quote.
They told us when they would be able to come
and were there when they said they would be.
They worked in an organized and neat manner.
We appreciated all their hard work in
constructing the addition to our home. They
allowed for our experience of starting this
reno to be a positive one.
I would recommend this company for any work
required for your concrete needs. They are
professional, skilled and offer fair prices
for the work they perform. On a scale of 1 to
10 I would give them a 10. Johnathan
represents himself with honesty, integrity
and a good old fashion
work ethic.
